Enterprise Implementation

Los Angeles - Playa Vista
As an Implementations Engineer, you’ll own the success of our most complex implementations. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to design and execute seamless integrations for enterprise customers while building scalable processes for the future. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where technical expertise, persistence, and creativity are key to success.
Backend Product Engineer
NYC
At Flip, you'll create user experiences, features, and oversee whole segments of the Flip assistant. You'll also get into the data, listen to our customers, and help shape the direction of the product. We have a few excellent senior engineers already on the team, one of which will become your direct mentor!
LA or NYC
As a CSM you represent the brand at the most critical moment in the customer journey, leading the product implementation, and then own the relationship thereafter. Our philosophy on growth – Be the most impactful product in our customers’ tech stack, their favorite vendor to work with, and give them a microphone to share their story in the community
