Enterprise Customer Success
We’re looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Lead who can come in as an IC and within a few months scale this team to the next level while upholding our ruthlessly customer-first culture.
Los Angeles - Playa Vista
This is about leading from the front. You’ll be hands-on with customers, coaching and elevating the team, and driving real business impact. The bar for this role is extremely high because our customers expect the best, and our team delivers nothing less.
CX Data Analyst, Healthcare
The goal is to automate as many calls as we can and notice trends before they become a pattern.
NYC
Support incoming and current brands by identifying trends across their call data, and work closely alongside our CSMs to suggest improvements to optimize the call experience for our customers.
Software Engineer
We are looking for a few great product engineers (backend software engineers that love building products) to join us in creating the next generation of our over-the-phone voice assistant.

At Flip, you'll create user experiences, features, and oversee whole segments of the Flip assistant. You'll also get into the data, listen to our customers, and help shape the direction of the product. We have a few excellent senior engineers already on the team, one of which will become your direct mentor.
