Flip’s recommended handling method based on insights across all users.

Resolve Via Ticket

Flip gets the caller’s details via voicemail, then creates a ticket in your helpdesk with all the info for your agents to process.

Deflect

Flip lets the caller know how and where to resolve their issue, and sends them an SMS with appropriate links.

Voicemail

The caller is asked to leave a voicemail, the transcript of which is deposited into your helpdesk.

Escalate

Flip immediately forwards the caller to an available operator – great for when you’ve got a caller looking to place a high-value order.

Resolve via MMS

So your caller’s order arrived damaged or with an incorrect item? Flip can initiate an MMS text exchange to resolve the issue.
