We’re about a week out from Christmas and the holiday rush is in full swing.
Hopefully that means your brand has seen a massive boost in sales.
But, of course, that means soon enough – the phones are about to start ringing off the hook about returns.
You know it’s coming – you can’t dissociate your way out of it.
Well, that is, if you don’t have Flip.
If you do have Flip, though, all of the returns calls can be automated away.
Flip has extensive functionality for returns, and this week, we’re talking about updates to the Holiday Returns Window configuration.
I’m guessing—Kristina here, breaking that fourth wall yet again—your brand has a holiday shopping window. And that if purchases are made within that window, shoppers have until a certain date, or range within which, to make and be eligible for a return.
You don’t need a human to communicate to a caller that, yes, their order is within the holiday shopping window and they are in fact eligible to make a return. Flip can do that.
It takes maybe 45 seconds to set up. Simply toggle it on, identify your date range, say where the cutoff is for returns for orders within that window, and maybe even include a cute little branded message in there too. Hit save, and it’s live and ready to assist your callers.
