Subscriptions are taking over the world.
No joke, a recent survey found that 92% of Millennials and Gen Z say they have at least one active subscription.
With subscriptions for everything from entertainment apps, to food and beverages, to beauty and skincare, and then some, it’s clear that consumers value the convenience of setting, forgetting, and finding on their doorsteps.
I’m going to break the fourth wall, Kristina here.
As I write this, I can think of a number of active subscriptions that I myself have:
- Ryze Superfoods: I’m obsessed with their Matcha (that’s my referral link – go get you a discount on me)
- Everyday Dose: Another mushroom coffee company – their Matcha is also soooooooo good and I LOVE their collagen coconut creamer – Bonus: their unboxing experience is unparalleled
- Arrae: I get their Bloat supplement bi-monthly and can say it 1000% works – highly recommend
- Necessaire: I get their neck serum (it works), their body lotion, and their body oil monthly, and add in their hand cream in the winter when it gets so dry in SLC – I love their products and am going to try their body vitamin C serum next
- BarkBox: I’m obsessed with their marketing, and couldn’t resist signing Goose up for a box of toys and treats every month – each unboxing is the highlight of the month for both of us
- Ollie: Goose LOOOVVESSSSSSSSS his food from Ollie
I’m confident I’m missing a couple, but thinking about what Flip does both from the brand perspective and the consumer perspective – it’s crystal clear to me that Flip’s subscriptions configurations are beyond necessary.
I’ve covered many of the configurations we’ve got for modifying subscriptions, but realized this week that we’ve never done a deep dive on everything Flip can do for calls regarding subscriptions.
So that’s what I’ve got for you this week. Allllllll the subscriptions configurations.
Everything from how to tell Flip what to call your subscriptions, to how to direct callers who want to start a new subscription, to callers asking about their subscription status, and more.
In this week’s video, I do gloss over the modify subscription configurations, but you can see coverage of the modify subscription sub intents in the following releases:
- Pause Subscription
- Cancel Subscription
- Ship Subscription Now & Subscriptions Queue
- Update Item Quantity & Change Delivery Date
The beauty of all of Flip’s subscriptions configurations is that you can set up all of them within minutes. And the instant you hit that Save button, your changes are live and Flip knows exactly how to handle all types of subscriptions calls coming in for your brand.
Ok, enough about subscriptions!
